In today's #WiseGirl, video, I talk about ways we can each discover our own inner wisdom. #WiseGirl LIVE: Othering vs. Brothering; Control vs. Letting Go ("Knowing" vs. the Mystery)
In today's #WiseGirl, on FB LIVE, I talk about NEED vs. GREED. How sometimes we go for more than we need to, and live in the past or future about what we don't have. I invite you to consider how we can be happy with the present moment and what we have right here and now.
In today's #WiseGirl, I talk about the Millennial phrase, #TheStruggleIsReal. In fact, much of our suffering in life is caused by our inability or refusal to accept things as they actually presently are, hence, the struggle is based on resistance. If we learn to surrender to the present moment, a new world of spaciousness opens up and if we can remain curious and without judgement or attached to fixed ideas and beliefs, we just may be surprised by what we come to experience, and discover.

#WiseGirl: mindful eating. Today I would like to talk about New Year's resolutions and one of the infamous ones: losing weight! I had a long conversation with a friend the other day and a few things occurred to me that I wanted to share with you all😊

In today's #WiseGirl, I talk about how connecting with our inner venerability can also help us stay dignified and noble, when we're feeling vulnerable.
In this WiseGirl: Intentions vs. Resolutions, first broadcast on Facebook Live, I'm talking about resolutions and how being resolute isn't necessarily how I'm going to approach this coming year. How perhaps setting our "intentions" may be more helpful than something that may feel inflexible or binding, like "resolutions."
In today's #WiseGirl, I talk about what it means to come home for the holidays, and how we can bring our best selves to the dinner table by not reacting from our conditioning to another's conditioning, but by coming from a place of conscious awareness and love.
In today's #WiseGirl, I talk about setting your intention. An intention is a thought/feeling, like gratitude, compassion, spaciousness, patience, that you can consciously choose to bring more of into your life. You can set a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly intention. The idea is to start tuning our inner compass toward our highest inner self, and not be so reactive to our automatic conditioning.
In today's #WiseGirl,I talk about the practice of Deep Listening. How it works, why it might help your relationships, and how it might be effective in navigating the holidays.

In today's #WiseGirl video,I talk about how mindfulness is really just giving a $%^& about our lives and how we relate to others. She also talks about "illness" vs. "wellness" and "weditation" vs. "meditation."
In today'ss #WiseGirl video, Brooklyn-based journalist, poet, and author Francesca Maxime talks about striving for happiness via control versus what dropping into relaxation can mean; where "being a good meditator" can veer off course, versus what the spaciousness of meditation can bring to your overall happiness and wellbeing.
