#WiseGirl: Setting Your Intention, with Francesca Maxime, meditation tea...
In today's #WiseGirl, I talk about setting your intention. An intention is a thought/feeling, like gratitude, compassion, spaciousness, patience, that you can consciously choose to bring more of into your life. You can set a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly intention. The idea is to start tuning our inner compass toward our highest inner self, and not be so reactive to our automatic conditioning.
